# 1-4s BT2.0 Whoop Lipo Series Charger ### Building and using this can be, quite literally, explosive. Please know what you are doing and test somewhere that wont catch on fire, like a garage or even outside. Please ask someone who knows to take a look at your wiring as a sanity check. If you don't have a basic understanding of electricity, stop here. BUILD AT YOUR OWN RISK. ## Required Materials: * xt-60 connector * 4s Balance lead * 4x bt2.0 (male and female) * 16ish AWG wire ## Instructions * Print bt2_top.stl out of pla. * test fit the male (male pin female plastic) to make sure it fits. It should be somewhat snug * apply a bit of super glue to the edges of those male bt 2 connectors and insert into their slots, let dry. thicker stuff/gel is probably better here. * plug female (female pin male plastic) bt2 ends into their male counterparts, this will keep them from deforming while soldering * solder in a series the bt2 plugs (positive to negative.) Do NOT complete the circuit by connecting the far ends, just doing the white and blue wires as shown. * solder ~16awg wire to the first negative and last positive in the chain, then solder on the xt-60 appropriately. * solder the balance leads to each positive as well as the first negative. * you can try to use heat shrink to cover the exposed ends, but man that isn't easy, its super tight. I just used some e6000 to cover the exposed leads, but liquid electrical tape is likely better. * Print bt2_middle.stl out of pla, run wire harnesses through the big hole in the top and out the front. * while leaving them plugged in, solder female (female pin male plastic) bt2 into jumpers. (short them with a bit of wire). These will be used to jump the circut that way you can do 1-2- and 3 at a time if you dont want to do 4. Keep in mind you have to have these in the proper order. so that 1s is 1-0-0-0 not 0-0-0-1 or 0-1-0-0, otherwise your charger will yell at you. * test to make sure it works * Print bt2_bottom out of pla. * glue the bottom on with some super glue * glue the middle to the top with a little but of super glue. * (optional) print bt2_slide.stl out of tpu and slide over the whole thing, this just makes it stay together better in a bag and it looks nice. ##Changed in remix * only has 4 connectors to save cost on bt2, ....and all i had sitting around was a 4s balance lead * made it taller to fit the wires * added the tpu band * opened up the wire exit holes * Idk how his jumper was working, so i didnt use it.
