1/4" To 3/8" Socket Adapter Scaling is a must, so scale up to the 1/4" side for an exact fit. On the other hand, you'll need to sand down the tabs on the 3/8" side to achieve a precise fit. The key dimension of the 1/4" side is .254", which worked perfectly with my well-calibrated printer, so I left it as is. As for the 3/8" (.375") side, its exact measurement is .373", excluding the tabs. This resulted in an undersized fit on the flat part and an oversized fit on the tabs. A bit of light sanding on the tabs resolved this issue and provided a perfect fit. IMPORTANT! PLA Shatters when stressed, so I highly recommend printing with ABS or PETG instead. Print Settings Printer Brand: Ultimaker Printer: Ultimaker Original Rafts: No rafts were used. Supports: No supports were needed. Resolution: .200 mm was the chosen resolution. Infill: 10% infill was achieved. Notes: Perimeter shells must be at least 3. Post-Printing Sand is required, and specifically you should sand down the tabs on the 3/8" side to fit.
