prusaprinters
Guzheng is a wooden string zither from china. Performers sit by the rectangular head of the instrument and pluck the strings in front of them. By pressing and vibrating the strings to the left of the movable bridges, the player can change the pitch of a note.Commonly guzheng has 21 strings and is tuned to pentatonic major scale. This model is a ¼ scale version of the instrument, which has 11 strings. For printing purposes model is divided into two parts which can be printed on a regular 220x220mm size printer and then assembled by included screws. Model also has a little drawer similar to the original instrument that can store attachable parts.Strings can be attached in two ways - easy method without tuning (for example a long enough rubber band can be used) and a tunable method that uses the “tuning pieces” (each string is attached individually).
