This is a bulkhead manifold specifically designed to fit through the lid of a standard bucket, creating a convenient connection between the pump input located on the underside and the three separate outlets positioned on top. The manifold features one section with larger holes that significantly simplify the threading process for 1/4" NPT fittings. **Installation and Setup** * **Components:** * Manifold * Jam nut * Four (4) NPT to barb adapters, 1/4" in diameter, (such as McMaster-Carr's #44555K133) * **Print Settings:** * Use no support material for printing. * Set the layer height to 0.2mm or less for optimal results. * To ensure a tight seal and prevent leaks, print four solid layers at both the top and bottom of the manifold. When preparing the manifold for assembly, follow these critical steps: 1. Print the manifold with it positioned upside down as demonstrated in our gallery, facilitating easier threading of fittings into its larger holes. **Notes:** Nozzle cleaning is not included due to possible inconsistencies between printer settings.
