Due to the nature of 3D printing, the small spaces between layers can be a breeding ground for bacteria if not properly mitigated. Another popular option is to coat prints in food-safe resin.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>When I make burgers for my friends and family I like them to all be the same size and shape for portion control. I designed this model to use approximately ¼ lb of 80/20 ground beef. It has worked super well for me, so I hope you enjoy! Wrap in plastic wrap or coat in food-safe resin if using more than once (which you totally should!).</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Just take a hand full of ground beef and press into the mold so it is flush with the top. I find it easiest to put some plastic food wrap on a cutting board so the beef doesn't stick to the work surface.&nbsp;</p>
