I'm a beginner with Fusion360 and grabbed one of these because they're affordable, even though I figured practicing would be worth the investment. It's designed for a .250 1/4" hole, but the cylinder on this model is .26 for a snug fit, making it ideal for my needs. Since I 3D printed it at 100% infill, I'm confident in its quality. Keep in mind that shelf brackets come in various sizes - some are bigger or smaller than others. As someone who's not an expert in 3D printing or CAD design, these are just what worked for me. I did notice after the fact that the cylinder on the back isn't perfectly centered, but it won't have any negative impact.
