I required quarter inch spacers for installing vinyl plank flooring, and they may also be necessary for any other type of floating plank floor installation as well. These spacers will help keep everything upright, maintain the 0.25 inch (6.35mm) gap, and make it easy to remove them once the floor is complete. This style allows you to place the spacer at a 90-degree angle if you need more room at a corner. An OpenSCAD file is included so that you can adjust the sizes if desired.
