1/4 inch compatible Minature Vice 2.0

This is a great desktop vice design by [HD_Creator](https://www.thingiverse.com/HD_Creator). The main problem is that in the U.S. it is almost impossible to purchase fully threaded M6 bolts over 40mm with hex heads. 1/4 inch bolts are very close, but the designs tolerances are too tight for 1/4 inch to work. My remix adjusts the knob, block and clamp to work with 1/4 inch bolts and nuts for those of us in the U.S. You will still need M3 bolts for the rest of it. You will need the original prints design and swap out these parts.
