1/4 inch bolt for Vive Tracker mount
thingiverse
1/4 inch bolts appear scarce for some reason. I designed this specifically to enable attaching a Vive Tracker to a custom mount, and it measures 13 mm including the head. While I wouldn't rely on it with a $1000 DSLR, it holds together quite well and is suitable for rapid prototyping. Use at your own risk. This bolt can be screwed in using either a 5/32 Allen key or a 10mm fixed key. Bolt_v2 features a slit that allows a screwdriver or small coin to secure it. I found that PLA may be too soft for such a small Allen key. Print Settings: Printer Brand: Prusa Printer: Prusa Clone Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.25mm Notes: The scale is adapted to my own printer, which usually makes small holes smaller than the design. I printed it in PLA on a Prusa i3 with a 0.4mm nozzle. To prevent warping, I print two at a time to allow the plastic to cool down between layers.
