I'm using Metaldrgn's fantastic nylon presser foot as a starting point. Similar to the original, you'll require a nail to secure in place for the print to be completed - I've yet to trim off the excess nail in this photo. Printed with PLA and found it to work exceptionally well on cotton fabrics.
