1/4" Hex Bit Holder/Organizer

After reviewing all the designs of hex bit holders, I found none that perfectly suited my needs so I created my own. It's a 4 x 15 grid offering 60 spots for your 1/4" hex driver bits. The two front tiers accommodate shorter bits while the back two rows fit taller bits. I've uploaded two versions: one with a snug fit and one with a looser fit. If you prefer to pull each bit out with one hand, try the loose fit; if you want them secure enough not to fall out when turning the part over, try the snug fit. EDIT 12/1/2016 I re-uploaded the two parts after adding a chamfer I left off on the front left edge of the parts. The original posted parts' function wasn't affected by this change, which is purely cosmetic. I also included the .ipt and .igs files along with the .stl so you can tweak it in Autodesk Inventor or most other CAD software. Let me know if there are any changes you'd like to see! EDIT 12/10/2016 I just added a version of the loose fitting and snug fitting models with the back two rows reduced down to the same internal height as the first two rows. Each row still has the "stadium seating" design, which reduces material and time needed for the print without compromising function. Print Settings: Printer Brand: Ultimaker Printer: Ultimaker 2 Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: No Resolution: 0.1 mm Infill: 20% Notes: I printed this with Cura using 0.1mm layer height, 20% grid infill, 0.4mm line width, and 0.8mm wall thickness. I suspect a 0.2mm or even a 0.3mm layer height and a lower infill percentage would be just as functional and should cut down on print time significantly. Note: Not all printers will print the same so the snug and loose fits are not guaranteed. The CAD files have been uploaded, feel free to experiment with dimensions as needed.
