The bit fits snugly into a hole that measures 1/4 inch in diameter. The lower shelf has a hole depth of 13 millimeters, while the top shelf's hole depth is 18 millimeters. I recently added a test fit print to allow for easy size adjustments without having to reprint the entire holder. The inner polygon is approximately 6.5 millimeters wide from side to side, slightly larger than 1/4 inch (6.35).
