This revamped design, inspired by Timogiles' 6 Packer available at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:16290, accommodates various 1/4" materials like plywood or MDF along with commonly accessible #8-32 x 5/8" hardware in the U.S. Besides material and hardware modifications, the handle has been redesigned for optimal ergonomics and comfort. A sizable 3"x5" area below the handle allows personalization via laser etching of logos or text. To create this item, use a laser cutter on materials with a thickness of 1/4". The required hardware includes #8-32 x 5/8" nuts and bolts, also known as machine screws.
