I'm currently working on a small project and require several knobs of varying sizes for a 1/4-20 nut, which measures approximately 11mm from side to side and 5.6mm in depth. To ensure a proper fit, I've created multiple options that can be adjusted accordingly. If the fit proves too snug, I typically preheat the nut using a lighter before gently pushing it into place. Alternatively, you can opt to increase the size by 1-3% for a more secure fit.
