1/4-20 Knob for T-Slot Clamps

thingiverse

This is a knob designed for tightening a 1/4-20 nut by hand. It was created specifically to work seamlessly with the Reversible T Slot Hold Down Clamp from Thingiverse, item #21057. I constructed my Mostly Printed CNC Router based on this amazing design and appreciate the contributions of its creators. I developed this in OnShape, where it's available for modification and customization. The infill is set to 50%. Post-Printing: Additional Hardware: Insert a 1/4-20 hex nut (0.438 in across the flats), which fits snugly inside. I use these with a 1/4 in fender washer and 1/4-20 carriage bolts.
