A miniature balloon-back chair designed for 1/4" scale models takes a unique approach by swapping out traditional cabriole legs, which often struggle to print well at such tiny sizes, with sturdy straight legs that provide stability despite their small stature. To bring this design to life, I successfully printed it on a Makerbot Replicator 2 using 0.20 mm layer height and PLA material, achieving outstanding results.
