This design is crafted specifically for 1.82mm thick acrylic sheet available at Home Depot and Lowes. To accommodate various acrylic thicknesses, I have included the original Sketchup file, allowing you to adjust the design as needed. INSTRUCTIONS: Print out the PDFs on standard US letter 8.5 x 11 inch paper, ensuring that your printer hasn't resized them by double-checking the measurements in mm. These will serve as templates for cutting the acrylic. Part A, B, and C must be taped together to form a single long rectangle piece used across all three sides. Cut the acrylic using an acrylic cutting knife found in the same aisle as the sheets or a scroll saw. I prefer the latter method. When utilizing a scroll saw, apply blue painters tape on both sides of the acrylic sheet, centered above the cut line, to prevent the material from melting and fusing back together. Assemble all pieces using a reference model and hold them together with super glue.
