This is an updated design of our original DC, available on Thingiverse at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3207227. We've made some changes to improve the design's performance and functionality. The new version has rounder passageways and a cleaner interior, which may result in reduced suction power during initial tests. However, this redesign does stick to walls without requiring any post-processing, as shown in our video at https://youtu.be/g8TKLEhH0KE. Two file options are available: dust disk horizontal and vacuum port horizontal (inverted vertically). We're currently printing with the dust disk horizontal using no supports, which can cause a stringy interior. In contrast, vertical printing may require fewer or no supports, but Simplify3D often adds support structures during print preparation. Our internal CAD model has become more user-friendly, so we plan to create additional versions, including a 1.5-inch design and an adapter for our Ryobi 18V One+ hand-held vacuum. The crosshairs are likely to be reinstated, but they were not being used in the original design; the hole's location is already marked. A 1.26 file prefix indicates a slightly larger inlet diameter.
