I came up with this design specifically for my massive treehouse. To assemble it, you'll need two 2 1/4x20 x 1 or 1.5 inch hex head bolts. As an example, I'm using McMaster-Carr's part #90128A250 (https://www.mcmaster.com/#90128a250/=155kaer). You should also utilize a 1/4x20 tap on the component itself. When printing this design, it's crucial to use 100% infill for maximum strength. I printed mine using PLA and it turned out flawless.
