1:24 Scale Residential Model Objects

These items are designed for use in a 1:24 scale (1/2-inch = 1-foot) architectural model. Custom modeled from objects in the designer's personal home, these household appliances and construction components can be used in various designs. More architectural objects will be available soon; download the PDF for instructions on building a 1:24 scale home model and to see upcoming object designs. The provided photos are for reference purposes, as the 3D model of the designer's home is accurate within 1/64-inch in most areas. New progress pictures were uploaded recently, displaying printed versions of the TV screen, pellet stove window, and engraved concrete entryway "bricks." For instructions on using the files, download the PDF for simple guidelines. Files include a shower base, toilet, tub/shower unit with grab bar and soap dish, pellet stove, oven/microwave, refrigerator, sound system, and TV with mount. Additional models will be added as time allows, and custom requests are welcome. The designer has numerous construction-related file libraries and CD-ROMs that can be converted to STL format for use; however, a long lead time is requested due to the designer's busy schedule.
