These tools are designed to help you build deck benches for your 1:200 Scale Trumpeter Titanic model. This particular set of jigs is specifically tailored to work with the Trumpeter Photo Etch included with your kit. There are four components in total, spread across two files: Titanic PON Bench PRI.stl This file contains two essential parts: a Primary Mandrel and a Primary Former. The Primary Mandrel measures 11.5MM wide and is designed to be held firmly in a clamp or mini vise for added stability. The Primary Former is also 11.5MM wide and is meant to be gripped comfortably in your hand. It's used to press the Photo Etch into the mandrel, allowing you to shape the bench to perfection. Titanic PON Bench ASM.stl This file contains two more critical components: an Assembly Mandrel and an Assembly Former. The Assembly Mandrel measures 9.5MM wide and serves as a secure base for gluing the bench together. The Assembly Former is similarly 9.5MM wide and plays a vital role in holding the bench steady while you apply glue, ensuring a strong and durable bond.
