Someone told me that i made almost every main aircraft of Indo-Pakistani wars ... except the Gnat, so, here the little Sabre Slayer. The RAF only had the T1 trainer variant in service; old kids like me remember the Red Arrows equipped with this little plane. India and Finland used the F1 fighter variant and India also built their own Gnat and then, in 1976, an improved variant called Ajeet (Sanskrit term for "invincible"). Not sure about the external difference between Gnat and Ajeet, but it seems the only noticeable difference was that the increased internal fuel capacity allowed the Ajeet to use its external attachment points for something other than the usual fuel tanks. Somewhere I read that the F1 Gnat only had 2 hardpoints but the Finnish Gnats and the (two) aircrafts supplied to the Romanian Air Force show 4 so, to give all the possibilities, I made almost every possible configuration; choose the one you like. This aircraft is very maneuverable and with a high weight/thrust ratio but it is so tiny that it seems the toy version of itself!
