Creating this beauty is an enormous undertaking, requiring almost as much epoxy as PLA+ (about 6kg). Parts have sharp angles on their edges, necessitating lowering them by 1-2mm into the build-plate or adjusting your slicer program. Reducing support density until the last two layers of support and rotating parts significantly helps minimize filament usage. Parts can be joined using Zap-A-Gap/Zip Kicker, a 3D pen, epoxy glue, or epoxy plaster. They are then coated with epoxy plaster to fill in imperfections. Your printer may warp prints, causing them not to line up correctly, but you can bend them and fill gaps up to 2cm using a 3D pen or bits of fabric. Epoxy plaster can be created by mixing epoxy coating with baby powder. This prevents the epoxy coating from spreading everywhere. Additionally, 1l kits of epoxy are significantly cheaper than epoxy glue or Zap-A-Gap. The average larger piece should weigh around 250 grams and take approximately 4 hours to complete. This product excels at supporting Dirty Internet Toys' Dragoness toy but will also work well with the two Pony toys, provided a rolled-up fabric is added.
