PVC thread: You might want to scrub those threads with a gentle touch. I found that oil works wonders when tidying up threads, especially when using a 10 mm die. A 1.25 pitch is perfectly fine, as it's significantly finer than the coarser 1.50 pitch. Hex head coupling: It's designed to accommodate a structural grade bolt head, but a standard grade bolt head might be slightly smaller. If needed, you can secure it with glue or silicone. Don't forget to clean the inside ridge of the coupling for an optimal fit-up. Different filament colors yield varying finish dimensions from the same STL file. Slowing down your thread speed often produces better results.
