1/2" PVC Fittings for Greenhouse ... or anything

UPDATE: New Piece! This 3-way tee bracket will function as a roof support if you desire to install a piece of pipe that is slightly longer than the horizontal roof brace and bend it into a curved shape. Once in place, heating up the curved pipe with a heat gun will cause it to retain its shape, thereby relieving pressure on the sides. Here's a fitting for a 4'x8'x6' Greenhouse I'm currently building in my backyard. The project is still underway, but I'll be posting plans soon. You can use 1/2" sheet metal screws to secure everything once you have all the parts assembled. To date, I've purchased 15x10' PVC pipes that are 1/2" in diameter and may return some of them. The three-legged corner pieces are serviceable but printing all the other components would simplify the process significantly. You can cut the exterior dimensions and pass the pipe through printed Tee fittings instead of cutting the pipe, resulting in a much stronger structure. Be sure to verify the size with sample pieces before producing any additional parts to conserve filament. Printing horizontally and vertically may yield different sizes, as evidenced by my measurements: 21.8mm on the X/Y axis and 22.2mm when printing upright like a tunnel. All you'll need from Home Depot or Lowe's is: - 15x10' 1/2" PVC Pipe - 8x3 outside corners that receive three pipes - 10'x25' roll of 3.5mil plastic - Zip ties - 1/2" Sheet Metal Screws
