EDIT: 10/13/20: Added new clips for 1/2" EMT. I've printed these, but scaling may need a slight adjustment to get the fit you want. These work with the base and cover design. The .stp file is also included in case you want to modify it for other sizes. I wanted a mounting system to hang 1/2" PVC with RGB pixels for my holiday lighting show. Not all parts are required based on what your needs are. Base: You'll mount the base to your house using a #8 x 3/4" stainless steel wood screw. Print it vertically on the flat edge of your bed for the best strength and layering. Cover: This will mount to either the 30mm, 49mm, or extender with a #8 x 3/4" screw. Print it with the top facing down on your bed in the vertical orientation for maximum strength and no need for supports. Clips: I used the 30mm extenders with built-in clips for my needs. I had to add some extra length, so I made 49mm lengths. Print them with the C flat on your bed. If you want a custom length, use the extender and scale it, then use the clip which will also need to be screwed onto the extender. I did have a few clips break, so for the 30 & 49mm pieces, I added a hole so a zip tie could be added for extra measure. I used two walls for all of them with PETG and 35% infill. The base can be painted to match your house color. Note that the installed picture was before I added the zip tie hole. The base, cover, and clip can also be oriented 90 degrees if you need to install them in tight places like under the gutter. I used them every three feet, and for window frames, I used two on top and two on bottom. No failures once installed this season.
