1/2" Hex Bore Adapter for Actobotics D-Shaft

This part was designed to seamlessly connect common FTC shafts to a 1/2" hex bore, specifically catering to soft intake wheels like AndyMark compliant wheels and Vex Flex Wheels with VersaHub compatibility. As always, 3D printed parts are relatively delicate, so this design won't function optimally for high torque applications. The shaft hole will easily disengage under load. The OpenSCAD source script is included for making modifications. The shaft size can be effortlessly adjusted to accommodate 1/4" (6.35 mm) D-Shaft (Actobotics), 6 mm D-Shaft (Gobilda), or 5 mm Hex-Shaft (Rev), and/or tailored to suit your printer and slicer specifications.
