I designed a custom bracket to assemble panels using half-inch electrical metallic tubing, also known as EMT. A hose clamp effectively secures the EMT in place, ensuring stability and preventing any movement or shifting. These clamps can be purchased in large quantities from online marketplaces like eBay. To bring this design to life, I used a 3D printer with an alloy910 material, printing it at a 50% infill density with additional supports for added structural integrity.
With this file you will be able to print 1/2" EMT 90 degree bracket (not for carrying wire!) with your 3D printer.
