This is a straightforward feeler gauge that I came up with. It has three precision settings that increase by 1mm each time: 1mm, 2mm, and 3mm. This handy tool can be used for any task you need to accomplish. I created it specifically for setting the distance between my EZABL sensor and the build plate. TH3D recommends positioning the EZABL sensor exactly 2mm from the nozzle tip, while the EZABL mini should be placed 1mm away. The gauge is versatile and can be repurposed for any task you require. Mine printed out well, and when I checked it with my micrometer, I got the following readings: Desired: 1mm; Measured: 1.05mm Desired: 2mm; Measured: 2.03mm Desired: 3mm; Measured: 3.04mm I used PLA for this print job and set it to normal 0.2 resolution, with 100% infill and a 0.4mm nozzle. You can add a raft if you prefer, which I did to ensure that any leveling issues would be taken care of during the raft print.
