1/18 Aliens Action Figure Grate Stand

A few years back, Hiya Toys released a set of 1/18 Colonial Marines figures from the movie Aliens. This inspired me to also pick up the 1/18 figures that Hot Toys made back in the mid-2000s which Hiya did not produce (Ripley, Drake, Apone). Naturally, I wanted to use the same nifty interlocking stands and made a set of these for use with them. These work with the original Hiya bases and also can interlock with themselves.One additional part I've included as been a base adapter for the stand included with the Alien Queen figure that Hiya later released. The stand was originally a poor design which just pegged over a foot peg on the regular stands and did not support the weight of the figure well. This ended up falling over frequently and eventually cracked the bottom of the stand that fits over the peg. The new base slips over the bottom of the clear stand, and then fits in between the grate slates on the stand. It seems to be much sturdier so far.LICENSE NOTES:Please note that the license for this model is non-commercial. It's intent is to provide folks with a way to help display their action figures.
