This is my gun assembly for my 1/16th Brummbar conversion of an RC Panzer 4. It requires all the parts to be printed, plus eight No. 4 x 10 self-tapping screws, three No. 4 x 8 counter-sunk self-tapping screws, four No. 4 x 6 flanged self-tapping screws, five M3 x 25mm screws, with one cut down to 21mm and one to 19mm. I also need a piece of 5mm carbon tube with a 3mm inside diameter at 41mm long, another piece of 5mm carbon tube with a 3mm inside diameter at 17.5mm long. The eBay item number is: 352837911879. Four 10 x 5 x 4 bearings and two ES08MA II Servos are also required. You can find these servos on eBay, under the item number 223948718871. One GH-S37A Servo is needed as well, which you can purchase on eBay with the item number 352960380402. A 5mm and 3mm drill bit to clean out holes and a 3mm tap to tap out mounting holes are also necessary. Some 1.2mm steel wire, such as offcuts of Tig welding filler rod, will come in handy. I used some myself. A periscope from rctank.de is required: Metal Tank Periscope in 1/16 Unpainted. The flash holder has been updated to accommodate the Taigen High Intensity Flash for 1/16 Scale RC Tanks. Two are needed to clamp around the LED board and just push into the barrel. You can purchase these on Forge Beartanks.com, under the item number P531. Files were added on June 26th, 2020, with new modified clamps two and three. Clamp two was made more robust around the hole for the servo link screw, and clamp three has had a strengthener rib added to prevent it from snapping when the servo is fitted. 12-09-2020 I added two new parts and a revised gimble clamp on this date to replace the arm and link rod required to traverse the barrel. There are now two gears with different size holes to fit the traverse servo, as I found that they have different output shaft sizes despite being the same type of servos. These are a tight fit and may need warming up before pushing into position. 14/11/20 I added a revised flash holder printed with translucent filament on this date. The flash sits deeper inside, and there are channels in the side to allow smoke to exit around it.
