1/16" General Assembly Pin

1/16" General Assembly Pin

thingiverse

A handy assembly tool for joining tricky parts together. Simply drill 1/16" holes into the mating components, then use a 1/16" drill bit to create accurate holes after printing. Carefully insert these pins to secure the pieces in place, with or without adhesive. Make sure to specify a raft during printing to avoid dealing with a knotted mess of plastic afterwards. Snap off at the neck to get a compact 1/2" long x 1/16" diameter pin that's easy to handle.
