This rack system will turn your warehouse into the organized storage/transfer facility you need it to be. Extremely customizable, it offers you the ability to design your warehouse storage space to exactly fit your needs. There are three (3) different height Vertical stanchions (222mm, 252mm, 320mm), letting you customize your system based on your building’s architecture and forklift inventory. You will need a hi-lift fork to reach the top of the tallest Vertical, as well as a 300 x 300 printer to print it. It offers X-bracing and single Diagonal bracing in 2 different sizes, letting you customize the layer height and appearance in each rack assembly based on what you plan to store in it and what you want it to look like. Front and Rear Crossbeams insert in and down into the Verticals and are retained by Horizontal struts, resulting in a secure retention of the beams, while maintaining proper and consistent front-to-back depth. Decking, in 3 different styles and of 2 different types, fill the rack spaces: one type simply lays on the crossbeams, while the other slips over the edge of the Rear Crossbeam for a more secure retention. Racks can be joined end-to-end and/or back-to-back for compactness and stability, in whatever length configuration you desire, using a variety of different Joiners. Full wraparound Floor Guards will protect the stanchions from nearsighted forklift operators. Includes the Euro pallet you see in the pictures. Time to get racking, packing and stacking!
