1/12 scale 3mm Peg Sword, shield, and foot set
thingiverse
I've been on a hiatus due to... life? Let's go with that. While I'm not nearly done modeling in 1/6, I recently fell in love with a set of mecha girl model action figures in the 1/12 scale. Here are some of my first creations based on 3 millimeter peg systems such that you find in many girlpla kits. This is a photo of a figure from Bandai's 30 Minute Sisters. I designed these models specifically to take advantage of high resolution resin printers. The details are delicate so if you are going to try this one in PLA, you best have a great printer with the settings keyed in very well. Except the buster sword, don't even try on any other system than a resin printer. I may revisit the buster sword, but this one is very thin and lends well to translucent resins. Level your bed before you start, be very delicate when you take it off the plate, and I recommend curing the sword while its still attached to its supports. Hope you enjoy!
