1/10th Scale Lifting Pallet Jack

<p>I made this 1/10th scale Pallet Jack with mechanical lifting.&nbsp;</p><p>Lifting or lowering by turning the M6 bolt by hand.&nbsp;</p><p>Will lift and carry at least 1,5kg.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Depending on the tolerances of your printer it may need some trimming and drilling out the holes.&nbsp;<br><br>The “Main Nut” should be only partly threaded or drilled to 5,5mm and forced on to the M6 screw and lock in place by friction.&nbsp;<br>This nut will be the part that bears the load when you turn the screw.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Hardware needed is:<br>1x M6x35mm Insex bolt<br>1x M6 Nut<br>2x M3x12mm (to fasten the front links to the frame)<br>2x M3x8mm (to fasten the front links to the height adjustment)<br>2x M3x8mm countersunk (to fasten the front wheels to the front wheel hub)<br>1x M3x6mm countersunk (to fasten the front wheel hub to the height adjustment)<br>Other sizes may fit, these are what I used.&nbsp;<br>No tapping required, the screws will make threads and lock in place.<br>&nbsp;</p><p>The screws should not be tightened all the way but allow the parts to move.<br><br>All other links should have bits of 1,75mm filament as pins.&nbsp;<br><br><br>Choose between smooth or rugged front wheels.<br><br>Pallets and other accessories are uploaded seperately</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>EUR Pallet: <a href="https://www.printables.com/model/303460-110th-scale-eur-pallet">https://www.printables.com/model/303460-110th-scale-eur-pallet</a></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Stackable plastic container: <a href="https://www.printables.com/model/303463-110th-scale-stackable-plastic-container">https://www.printables.com/model/303463-110th-scale-stackable-plastic-container</a></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Wooden crate with optional battery rack for AA and AAA battery storage: <a href="https://www.printables.com/model/313859-110th-scale-wooden-crate">https://www.printables.com/model/313859-110th-scale-wooden-crate</a></p><p>&nbsp;</p>
