1-100 (15mm) British Soldiers 1805-1815-Pack 2-Cavalry 1/100 scale British Soldiers of the Period from 1805-1815 for Wargaming. This pack is British Napoleonic Cavalry. There are separate sets of files for : Set 1-1805 Heavy Cavalry. All British Heavy Cavalry wore pretty similar uniforms and carried similar equipment. Set 2-1805 Hussars, technically Light Dragoons(Hussars), they wore varied headgear, so I modeled them in the mirliton and pelisses. Set 3-Light Dragoons, wearing the very practical light jackets and helmets with roach-type crest. Set 4-1805-1815 Scots Grays - This dragoon regiment wore fairly similar uniforms throughout this period, they are distinguished from other British cavalry by the grenadier/fusilier style caps. Set 5 - 1815 Dragoons, wearing French-style dragoon helmets, with horse hair crests. Set 6 - 1815 Household Cavalry (Lifeguards and Blues) wore helmets similar to some Bavarian soldiers, with a woolen "roach" crest Set 7 - 1815 Hussars, wearing fur busbys and pelisses Set 8 - 1815 Light Dragoons, wearing French style shakos. ********************************************************* Each pack includes soldiers dressed as in 1805 (typical of the Peninsular Campaign) and as at 1815 (Waterloo). There are 4 packs in total: Pack 1 - Infantry : Officers, Drummers, Ensigns (Flag Bearers) and soldiers from center companies and Elite or Flank (light inf and grenadiers) soldiers. Line Battalions, Highlanders (including pipers instead of drummers), Rifles and Marines. The 1805 Elite infantry may also be used for Light Infantry of 1805 and 1815, as the uniforms were almost the same. Pack 2 - Cavalry : Officers, buglers and troopers. Light Cavalry (Hussars and Light Dragoons) and heavy Cavalry (Household Cavalry, Dragoons and 2nd Dragoons-Scots Greys). Horses are posed as standing, walking, cantering and galloping. Pack 3 - Artillery : Guns and gun crews. 9-pdrs (with dolphins and without), Light 6-Pdrs, Heavy 6-Pdrs, Light 5.5-inch howitzers, Heavy 5.5-inch Howitzers, and rockets.
