I'm still tweaking this, so feel free to chime in with any suggestions or modifications you can think of. I've managed to get my hands on the aluminum sheet and started printing some parts to test their fitments. The guard is now complete, and I've revised the design to incorporate tapped bosses for attaching it securely to the side. Additionally, I've modified the side design to include screw holes and a rib for added support. This trailer model is roughly 1/10th scale, constructed from a combination of metal and 3D printed components.
