Summary This stand is designed specifically for a 1/12 scale motor created by Dblnaknak and Novel Creations. It's printed in PLA at an infill level of 30%. Assembly requires 2mm and 3mm screws. I used 10x3x4mm bearings for the front wheels, 8x3x3mm for the spindle, 5x2x2.5mm for the front caster mounts, and 6x3x2.5mm for the rear wheels. The front wheels utilize 10x3x4mm bearings that I already had on hand, which can also be sourced online if needed. If you don't have those bearings, you'll need to edit the files yourself using Tinkercad or a similar CAD program. The motor mount serves as a rough template for estimating hole locations due to printer variability. Since PLA is insufficiently strong to support the motor, an aluminum mount must be created once the final hole locations are determined on the PLA template and transferred accordingly. I used 10mm spacers between the motor and the mount, securing it with 3mm bolts. The spindle flange spacer was mounted to the motor using 2mm bolts, while a 43mm long piece of 3mm steel rod connects the spindle flange spacer. This steel rod must be hammered into place within the spindle flange spacer.
