I created this for use on my rc crawler course, where it adds a nice scale look. The cone can be used with or without the base and comes equipped with a 3.6mm hole in the bottom to insert a 1/8 inch rod in the base, securing the cone for use in a cone crawler course in the dirt, sand, or rocks.
