1/10 Scale Drill Press

This DIY drill press is a revamped version of the 1/18 scale drill press from ZanZastOys. The design has been scaled up to 1/10 scale and enhanced with some clever tweaks. Once you've printed out all the necessary parts, they're assembled using superglue. I carefully heated the hand levers with a lighter, then gently bent them outward. Small holes are provided for electrical cables; I used thin wires instead. A small drill bit was made hot with a lighter and inserted into the "drill chuck". After it cooled, it hardened solidly. Finally, everything was coated with acrylic paint.
