I created a scale model of checker plate that's roughly one-tenth the size. The footprint measures 57.15 millimeters by 76.2 millimeters. The flat section is only 1.2 millimeters thick, while the traction bars are slightly thicker at 1.4 millimeters. As of November 9th, 2017, I haven't tested this model yet.
