I've designed this two-piece base and hook assembly as a single, cohesive unit. The goal behind the design is to enable easy installation of the base inside your shell using glue without compromising a large section of it. A 7mm diameter hole is required for the hook to slide through smoothly. To install, align, and secure the base, use epoxy glue. Next, install, line up, and secure the hook by either inserting a small screw into the "splines" or using epoxy or superglue. The dimensions used should fit most models neatly. The product is still in development, and potential flaws on the drawings may need to be repaired.
