I wanted a trailer for my Traxxas trx-4 blazer and did not find anything I liked since most trailers was either for road use, huge or tiny. So I made my own. Fully working leaf suspension. Axles made for 13x5x4mm ball bearings. Designed for gmade sawback sport wheels which makes the trailer level with a stock trx-4 blazer. My custom hitch fit the hitch mount under the rear bumper. Pictures is on the first prototype, I have made some improvements but not printed all new parts yet. The 2 overload springs and their bracket on the frame is not a must but recommended. In some places the screws just threads in the plastic and the fitment in the holes varies on how well calibrated the printer is. Mine is not perfect so a hole that is 3mm in the model is perfect for m3 threads. Things needed is only 8x 13x5x4 ball bearings, 4x M5x45 screws (I used threaded rod), nuts and washers, some M3 screws, washers and nuts in different lengths. All parts printed in pla on an Anet a8. 220x220mm bed size is required for some parts. Parts need to be rotated for best printing angle. I printed the left and right frame parts on its side for best strength using some support for the spring mounts. Parts for the hitch also needs support.
