1/10 RC Ball Head

1/10 RC Ball Head

I designed this "Ball Head" specifically for my Ansmann Macnum 1/10 RC Car, but it's versatile enough to be used on any fitting RC Car - I actually needed it to fix a broken Ball head on my steering rack. Printed at 0.12mm resolution on an Ender 3 with a travel speed of 30mm/s, using Generic PLA material. Here are the key measurements: Inner ball diameter: 4.90mm Outer ball diameter: 7.5mm Full length: 21.0mm Thickness from the side: 6mm Outer diameter of the long end: 5.8mm Inner diameter from the long end: 3.5mm (screw/steering stick is 3mm, hole is 3.5mm) I apologize if my writing isn't perfect - I'm not a native English speaker. For now, I don't have any other pictures of the finished product, but I can confirm that it fits perfectly after some minor cleanup. UPDATE: You might notice that the hole for the ball is connected to the hole for the "steering stick". That's intentional, allowing you to use various "steering stick" lengths. Feel free to comment or message me if anything seems off - I'm here to help!
