I printed the bodies out okay, using black PLA for the main part and clear PLA for the lens. I assembled everything in no time by simply screwing it together with two small self-tapping screws. A white LED from eBay, a subminiature type, powers the whole thing, connected directly to the Traxxas lighting module via an old PC fan lead that has two reversible pins. If you accidentally wire the LED backwards, don't worry - it's still reversible. If you print out two bodies, use one as a drilling guide to make sure your holes are in exactly the right place.
