I created this custom headset press to securely fit the bearing cups on an FSA tapered headset equipped with sealed bearings. Each side of the press will accommodate both 1 1/8 inch and 1 1/2 inch bearing cups. To build it, I employed a 3/8th-inch threaded rod, paired with nuts and thick washers at each end for added stability and leverage.
