1-1/4" Vacuum Hose Cuff (fits old Eureka Canister)

This three-part hose cuff connects my vintage Eureka Canister vacuum cleaner's 1-1/4" hose to the metal accessory attachment end. The hose threads into the main part using reverse threads, a unique left-handed twist. A groove in the metal piece receives it, while a clamshell-style second component fits snugly over that. To secure everything in place, a collar slips over the clamshell. I used automotive gasket glue to bond the hose and metal end together, epoxy plastic glue to hold the clamshell firmly in position, and a small amount of super glue to prevent the retaining collar from shifting out of place. I've included the Fusion 360 f3d file for your reference. This parameter-driven f3d file allows you to make most modifications by entering new parameters, rather than editing the model itself, giving you greater flexibility and control over the design.
