<p>Edit: May 04, 2022 I ended up printing this at 100.5% which seemed to be the best fit. 100% was a bit too tight and 101% was too loose. Split the difference to get a nice snug, but workable fit!</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>I remixed this because I have a lot of 1 ¼ inch PVC that I use for network cable conduit between rooms and attic. I found that the typcial 90 degree bend was way too tight to efficiently pull cable through, so I adapted this to fit the 1 ¼ inch pipe. The inner diameter of the bend is the same allowing for a better pull radius!</p><p>I printed on its side with tree supports only to support the bottom part. It fits really tight on the pipe so 101% scale might be recommended.</p><p>I printed with 5% fill, 3 walls, and raft, given the little surface area the print has to the bed.</p><p>I will upload the others as I finish them!</p>
