This roller aims to create a 1-1/4 inch grid pattern for XPS foam or similar materials. The edges should cut a 2mm groove. Roller5 is the 5 tile length roller, measuring about 6-1/4 inches or 15.8 cm, and the Roller6 measures 7-1/2 inches or 19 cm. This design remains untested. However, prints similar rollers without supports can be achieved. It's essential to exercise caution when using this design. Update: October 31, 2018. Two additional 5 square wide rollers have been added. The ModS is slightly smaller and the ModL is slightly larger by approximately 1/8 of an inch. November 3, 2018 Update: A new file has been created, titled 1_25in-grid_D__Roller.stl. This design addresses the slippage issue pointed out by Roak and removes other files that cause a distorted grid when used with rollers.
