This here's a straightforward yet effective slat wall spool holder, which I've installed above our printers to ensure easy access to numerous materials. The holder is specifically designed for 1 1/4" dowel rods. I opted for 30% infill and it's working out great so far. I'd advise against loading more than four x 1 KG spools per pair; simply space the brackets sixteen inches apart. Enjoy your setup!
